Natalie and Darren's wedding at Lympne Castle was designed to be warm, romantic, dramatic and memorable and we loved being involved.  Natalie had been recommended to us by her Maid of Honour, Nina who we had provided wedding flowers for previously (and she'd found us through a client of hers who had previously used us for her flowers....).  We hit it off as soon as we met and we'd looked forward to being involved.  Natalie and Darren were lovely to work with and very easy to please.  We worked with their colour scheme of burgundy and ivory and added a mixture of greenery including some brighter greens to avoid everything being too wintry...we think it worked perfectly and I know that Natalie and Darren were happy.

Thanks go to David Fenwick for sharing the photos with us and allowing us to use them on the blog.  They're so lovely and show what a fun filled day Natalie and Darren truly had.  They also show what a gorgeous bride Natalie was in a perfect dress....love the neckline and detailing on the back and hip ...very Hollywood vintage and so gorgeous.  A perfect match for dapper Darren!

We'll let the photos speak for themselves but suffice it to say that we used the deep and velvety Black Baccara roses along with Maroussia roses and spray roses, hypericum berries, trachellium, chincherinchee, skimmia and gerberas along with a range of foliage and amaranthus.  The bouquets worked perfectly with the dresses and the fabulous Lympne Castle was perfectly dressed with elegant chrome candelabra, candles and petals on the mantelpiece, arrangements on the celebrant and top table and even a seperate throw bouquet for Natalie.  The cake was provided by our lovely friends at Creative Cakes and we loved the idea of the goblets at the base of the cake.

All in all it was a lovely warm and welcoming wedding which matches the bride and groom perfectly!  We hope you love it as much as we do.
