Quality Control at Distinctly Floral

On a number of occasions, customers and prospective customers have asked us how all our flowers look so good and how we maintain the quality throughout so many events during a year.  Our answer has always been that we are all all perfectionists in the team (both fully trained and trainee florists alike) and that we have superb suppliers that ensure great raw products from which we work.  I am also a little OCD and spend my life writing lists and planning.  These all remain good reasons why our quality is consistently good, but are they the full story? 

.....Today, we have decided to reveal our secret weapon.  Getting busier has meant that we needed to employ someone to ensure that everything is present and correct when it gets into the van....someone to count them in, and count them out.  Some say, she designs weddings before eating her kibble for breakfast, some say she can whip up a bouquet with a wag of her tail and some say a wedding is not a wedding without her bark....we just know her as........The Spaniel!!! (no relation to The Stig!)

For those of you wanting to steal our hidden secret, please note our Quality Controller is NOT for sale, has a gagging order in place....and she has a deputy in training at the present time! 

We did say he was in training!!!!   Watch this space....clearly more work to do!

Confused....we think it may take longer than we thought to explain the concept of quality!!

OK....bored already.....we've lost him for now.

But we think he has potential!  Not as much as The Spaniel, but there's hope yet.
