This is a very exciting time for Distinctly Floral, with both the launch of our new website and the incorporation of a Blog into the new site.
Firstly, the site... we've been working on the new format for some time now but a manic run into Christmas meant that we had to put its release on hold for a while. However, it's all finished now and I'm delighted to finally see it go live. We have structured the site so that you can get everywhere in just a click or two, and (as with the old site) it's been packed with lots of images of the work we have done. Please have a good look round and feel free to email us if you spot anything that isn't quite right yet (we've tested it heavily but something may have slipped through the net). Also, if you have any ideas for things you would like to see on the site, then please post a message on the blog.... ... and onto the Blog. Basically, it's a chance for me to share, with you, some of the things going on in the shop and the business... or simply to reflect on things that happen on a day to day basis. If you have any questions on your mind.. maybe you need some advice about the flowers for your wedding (or you're simply curious about the current debates on eco-friendly flowers), then post a message and we'll be happy to discuss. Of course we have to ask that all postings stay on the subject of flowers / floristry and respect the views of all other posters.

ReplyDeleteLove the new website. Just 6 weeks to go now to the big day so can't wait to see you the week after next to finalise the details. You shouldn't have done the blog...it just gives me an excuse to pester you with lots more questions. What am I going to do after the wedding???

In the meantime, if you do have any questions at all, you know you can call or email us. Don't worry about after the wedding....you can still keep in touch and contribute to the blog. After all, you did say that you'd been inspired to retrain as a florist....so may be after the wedding!
