The sun shone, the bubbly flowed (for the guests only), the Creperie van did a roaring trade, the London to Brighton Classic Car Rally all rolled up and Kalm Kitchen's canapes (including gorgeous looking Eton Messes) were enjoyed by all. What a fabulous day. You'd think I was describing a wedding, but it was in fact Chiddingstone Castle's wedding fair. It really was a lovely. warm and friendly day with lots of great exhibitors and lovely guests too. Some customers just visiting the castle for the day must have been a bit bemused, but they seemed to enjoy it too.
We were asked to dress the White Rose room in the castle as we are one of their preferred suppliers, so I go the chance to spread out, dress occasional tables, the mantelpiece, the fireplace, as well as providing vintage suitcases, a mannequin tableplan and some bouquets and tablecentres. Everything was very soft, pretty and appropriate for a quintessentially English venue....hope you like it.
Thanks to everyone for making it a great day.
